Event Refund Policy

Event Tickets purchased in full:

  1. All event ticket sales are final, and no refunds can be issued for any reason other than those specifically in the section listed below.
  2. If a ticket holder does not attend an event for any reason, they forfeit their ticket and all associated funds.
  3. Ticket holders may only transfer a ticket with the permission of Solo Adventures. Failure to gain permission will result in the ticket being cancelled with no refund. Not all events are eligible for ticket transfers, and Solo Adventures have the right to decline any such requests.
  4. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other event.
  5. If a ticket holder issues a chargeback via their bank or card provider, all future event tickets held by the ticket holder will be cancelled with immediate effect and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Event Tickets purchased with a Deposit:

  1. All event ticket sales are final, and no refunds can be issued for any reason other than those specifically in the section listed below.
  2. If a ticket holder does not attend an event for any reason, they forfeit their ticket and all associated funds.
  3. Ticket holders that purchased with a deposit have no ability to transfer their ticket to another person under any circumstances. Deposits are a way for a ticket holder to secure their space and make the full final payment at a later date. These tickets cannot be transferred.
  4. Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other event.
  5. If a ticket holder issues a chargeback via their bank or card provider, all future event tickets held by the ticket holder will be cancelled with immediate effect and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Exclusions to the refund policy:

  1. If we, Solo Adventures, cancel an event, a full refund will be provided via the same method provided at the point of purchase.
