Christmas 2024 – Bedroom Picker
Bedroom Picker for our Christmas 2024 Event
This form is for current booked attendees of the Christmas 2024 event. If you have not yet booked your ticket, please purchase one via this link first.
Bed Type:
All beds are single beds, in bunk form. Most bunkbeds are 2 in height, but a handful are Triple in height. See the specific rooms below for more information on layout.
Facilities:
There are communal bathrooms on each floor, including private showers & cubicle toilets.
Bedrooms:
There are multiple bedrooms across three floors of the building, with mixed capacities (3, 4, 5, 6 & 10). These will be available for selection via the tool at the bottom of this page. We recommend that you join the WhatsApp chat for this event and discuss with other attendees to work out who you wish to share with. Solo Adventures will not publish a bedroom plan with each attendees location on it – it is up to attendees to liaise with each other to organise any sharing preferences etc.

General Rules:
By purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you expressly agree to the Adventurer Expectations. These rules must be followed during, pre and post event, for everyone’s enjoyment. We ask that all attendees act appropriately, sensibly and respectfully of their fellow attendees and follow these event-specific rules.
- Minimal noise in bedrooms between 11pm and 8am – this is to ensure everyone is able to get a good nights sleep.
- Keep socialising to the communal spaces – there are plenty at this venue, the bedrooms don’t need to be a gathering place at night!
- No smoking / vaping within the bedrooms, accommodation, building or any other internal spaces.
- Attendees should only enter their own assigned bedroom, unless invited into another. Consent matters.
How to pick a bed:
Simply scroll down and press the blue ” Next” button. You’ll then be shown the available bedrooms – pick the bed you would like and proceed through the booking process. You will not be charged or asked for payment at any point – please remember to fill out the form completely so we can link it to your initial event ticket.
